First Crashed GT-R in the USA ?

That post said something about a pizza parlor. The crashed GT-R's are almost all nose in. Too much accelerator, not enough brake
Steve from NJ says the car is from Brookyln, NY. Better you guys than me. Apparently the car ran into a diner. How exactly do you run into a diner ? Unintended acceleration ? Pretty hard to start the car without your foot on the brake.
Is this crashed car...this car that was featured in the Daily News ? More pictures... Confirmation ? Further proof that red is actually faster. The brakes do not seem to work as well, as the red is so much faster than the other colors.

i just saw this gtr this past weekend in queens flushing the owner is a asian oh well i hope is not him,
and if anyone wants to buy a used one! i just saw one for sale in hillside ave near by parson blvd go check it out is a white one.
