Fully Race-Prepped GTR Racing in NASA Southeast in 2012

This is what I like to see.  Nissan GT-R's running wheel to wheel on the road course.  In this video posted on NAGTROC, a member, he posts his first two wheel to wheel races in his GT-R at Road Atlanta. Love the standing start.

Here's a video of my first two "wheel to wheel" races in my 2009 GT-R - a fully race prepped (roll cage, full Seibon Carbon fiber, interior removed, racing seat, etc.). The event was the NASA Southeast Competition School which included two races. While there was no "winner" it was all out racing nonetheless. (Due to rain earlier in the day, I was running on R888's versus the usual Hoosier R6 or R100 slicks.)

I have plans to run the car this year in NASA ST2 class after running it last year in NASA Time Trials - TTU. I missed several time trials last year in the Southeast but the car garnered a half dozen or so 2nd place finishes and once placed 1st. In September 2011 I went to NASA Nationals at Mid Ohio and placed 4th overall in TTU.

Looking forward to a fun season and I'll keep updating NAGTROC with posts...
Check out the video after the break.
