In September 1972, the KPGC110, or Kenmeri GT-R was put on sale in Japan. This would not last for long though. The oil crisis meant that there were only 197 KPGC10 GT-R's sold in Japan from 9-72 though 3-73. This was the last GT-R until the modern
R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R. These photos show a couple of examples of classic Nissan Skylines here in the US. Most of them are just normal Nissan Skylines with GT-R parts and badgin, however there are some real cars. Real or not, it takes some dedication to have one in the US.
